My name is Stephanie and I am a practicing Clinical Dietitian and a Runner. My background in running brought me to pursuing a career in nutrition. While I absolutely love the medical part of nutrition, my love for nutrition starts in the kitchen and out on the trails running. I have been working as a Clinical Dietitian for the past 4 years with experience in Renal, Diabetes, Cardiac, Long-Term Care, Rehab, Oncology, Weight Management and much more. I have been running for the past 18 years with recent races ranging from a 5K to a Marathon with my last Marathon being the Boston Marathon.

This website will join two of my loves in life – nutrition and exercise – with the aim to help you reach you health goals with not only tips and information that can be helpful, but also realistic.
